Wendy’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. She is
passionate about helping individuals and families create meaningful plans to protect themselves
and provide for their loved ones both during and after life. Wendy’s unique blend of legal
expertise, operational leadership, and a human-centered approach makes her a trusted advisor
to individuals and families. Wendy’s background in trust & estate litigation, along with her
experience handling sensitive family dynamics, allows her to provide thoughtful, strategic
solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Beyond her legal practice, Wendy has a strong foundation in business operations, human
resources, and administration. Having worked extensively at venture capital, tech, and biotech
firms, she brings a practical, experienced, realistic and relationship-driven approach to estate
planning.
Wendy earned her JD from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she also received a
Certificate in Public Interest and Social Justice Law. She also holds a BA in Organizational
Psychology from San Jose State University, where she was recognized for academic excellence
as a member of Psi Chi, the National Honor Society in Psychology. In addition, Wendy is a
California Notary, has a certificate as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and is also a
certified coach with training in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP).
A longtime resident of the Bay Area, Wendy enjoys contributing to her local community and
maintaining and building strong connections with clients and colleagues. Outside of her practice,
she loves spending time with her family and friends, volunteering with animal organizations,
cooking, comedy, traveling, and pursuing her interests in coaching and writing.
