Debra Cassara

Debra Cassara joined Ferguson Law Group after more than two decades of dental practice management, real estate development, and real estate leasing. She has experience with business succession planning.

Her goal is to help clients navigate the legal complexities that accompany the accumulation of wealth throughout a person’s life. She offers generational estate planning, business succession planning, general tax advising for both business and personal taxes, and commercial real property advising.

While in law school, Debra received awards as the top student in her Family Wealth Management, Federal Income Tax, Business Organizations, Professional Responsibility, Labor Law, and Law Practice Management classes.

Debra taught ethics and scripture classes at Archbishop Mitty High School for over a decade.

Mission Santa Clara de Asís was founded on January 12, 1777 and named for Clare of Assisi, the founder of the order of the Poor Clares. Although ruined and rebuilt six times, the settlement was never abandoned
