Adam Ferguson has practiced law for almost two decades. His practice includes litigation of will contests, trust contests, fiduciary accounting and surcharge actions, conservatorships, interpretation of testamentary instruments, beneficiary representation, elder abuse litigation, appeals, and more.
Adam represents clients throughout the litigation process beginning with pre-litigation planning and discovery through trial, appeal, or settlement. He is adept at alternative dispute resolution and has successfully tried cases and prosecuted appeals.
Adam’s practice includes estate planning, probate and trust administration, and real estate law. In non-litigation cases, Adam’s litigation background enables him to anticipate and avoid disputes and liability.
Adam interned for the Honorable Eugene Hyman when Judge Hyman was the sitting Santa Clara County probate judge. Born and raised in Morgan Hill, Adam is the former president of leadership for Morgan Hill and served on its board of directors. Adam was voted Best Attorney in Morgan Hill from 2019 through 2021 and has been named to the Super Lawyers list every year since 2019.
