Adam Ferguson has practiced trust and estate litigation for more than a decade. His litigation practice includes will contests, trust contests, fiduciary accounting and surcharge actions, conservatorships, interpretation of testamentary instruments, beneficiary representation, elder abuse litigation, appeals and more.
He represents clients throughout the litigation process beginning with pre-litigation planning and discovery through trial, appeal, or settlement. He has experience in all areas of alternative dispute resolution and has successfully tried cases and prosecuted appeals.

He graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2006 where he received an award of excellence for legal writing.
